another treat for your ears.

This is an idea.

I have a mad love for blanket forts. Something here recently has made me want to rob all the beds for sheets, blankets and pillows and make one. I am thinking I will even need to accessorize with cupcake liner garland. My bongos and harmonic will be included..... the rest of the details I will leave up to your imagination. Just keep in mind that I am a bad arse blanket fort builder.

In my opinion, the super bowl is good for two things:

1] throwing a party.

2] discussing clever advertising.

don't get me wrong, i love {college} football. but the nfl just doesnt do much for me. until the super bowl comes around. oh, the commercials. bring it! i think i am ready!

this is no secret:

i miss living in colorado.

i wish people here smiled as often as everyone in breckenridge did. 

i miss breakfast at clint's.

i wish i was walking down main street right now. enjoying the beauty.

i miss living without my car. and using only my feet or a bus for transportation.

i wish the air here felt as clean as the mountain air.

i miss katie.

i wish i was flirting my way to a free ski rental because the skiis i had were to long for my {lack of} skills on the mountian.

i miss being known (and referred to) as "alabama" or "apple pie".

i wish all these wishes would come true. maybe just for a little while.
